We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and other media buying platforms.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of proven, hands-on experience creating, managing, and scaling high-budget digital advertising campaigns, with a primary focus on Google Ads;
• Advanced, hands-on proficiency across the full Google ecosystem — including Google Analytics 4 (GA4) , Google Tag Manager (GTM) , Google Search Trends and YouTube Ads ;
• Demonstrated ability to rigorously analyse complex campaign data, surface hidden trends, and implement data-backed optimizations that directly move the needle on revenue;
• Active Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Video, Measurement) are highly appreciated;
• Deep expertise in behavioral segmentation, custom intent audiences, customer match, in-market targeting, and high-converting retargeting strategies;
• Sharp written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, click-driving, and platform-compliant ad copy tailored specifically to direct-response audiences;
• Proactive, self-motivated, and genuinely passionate about staying ahead of platform updates, algorithm shifts, and emerging technologies in digital advertising;
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes campaigns simultaneously while thriving in a fast-paced, on-site team environment;

As a Google Ads Specialist, you will:

• Develop, launch, and relentlessly manage high-performance campaigns across Google Search, YouTube Ads, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and the broader Google media buying ecosystem.
• Take full ownership of significant ad budgets, applying your expertise to scale campaigns across international markets and directly contribute to our mission of becoming the #1 direct response company in the world.
• Build and maintain airtight tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager and GA4 , ensuring accurate conversion tracking, event measurement, and multi-touch attribution across every campaign.
• Conduct deep competitive research using Google Search Trends and third-party tools to identify untapped opportunities, shifting consumer behaviors, and new angles for aggressive scale.
• Write and rigorously split-test high-converting ad copy. Collaborate closely with our creative team to develop compelling images and video assets that resonate with our target audiences and drive action.
• Build and continuously refine advanced audience segments to ensure our direct-response messaging reaches the right prospects at exactly the right moment in their buying journey.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, dissect key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, Quality Score), and execute continuous A/B tests across ad variations, bidding strategies and propose improvements for landing pages, to consistently exceed KPIs.
• Stay on the cutting edge of Google's product roadmap, AI-driven ad tools, and broader digital marketing trends — proactively recommending new approaches that keep us ahead of the competition.
