Google Ads Specialist

Job Descriptions:

• Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns across Google Ads and other search platforms to achieve business objectives.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to improve targeting and identify growth opportunities.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Quality Score, to drive continuous optimization.

• Develop A/B testing strategies for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding to improve conversion rates and ROI.

• Manage campaign budgets, forecast ad spend, and ensure cost efficiency while maximizing performance.

• Collaborate with creative and web teams to optimize ad messaging, landing pages, and overall user experience.

• Stay updated on paid search trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign results.

Job Requirements:

• Having minimum 1-year experience in related field.

• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.

• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.

• Prior experience with using website analytics tools and generating marketing reports.

• Exceptional research and analytical skills.

• Can work in a team and able to communicate well.
