We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running performance campaigns, analyzing data, and driving ROI-focused growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across the Google Ads ecosystem.
• Plan and execute high-performing campaigns for the US & UK markets to maximize ROI/ROAS and generate quality leads.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, CPA, and ROI
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
• Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics
• Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively across channels
• Generate performance reports and insights for stakeholders
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns/performance marketing / Google ads/paid ads.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for the US & UK markets.
• Strong understanding of campaign strategy, bidding strategies, keyword research, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
