Google Ads Specialist

We are seeking a data-driven and analytical Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge of the Google Ads ecosystem and a proven track record of lowering customer acquisition costs while driving quality leads and conversions. You will own the end-to-end management of paid search, display, and video campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max) from ideation to scaling.
• Keyword & Competitor Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to target high-intent prospects.
• Ad Copy & Design Testing: Write compelling ad copy and implement ongoing A/B testing on headlines, descriptions, and landing pages to improve Quality Scores and click-through rates (CTR)
• Analytics & Tracking: Utilize tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track conversions, analyze metrics, and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting key insights, ROI metrics, and strategic recommendations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
