Job Title: Google Ads & Local SEO (Google Maps) Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist with advanced knowledge of Google Maps / Google Business Profile (GBP) management. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing high-performing paid ad campaigns while seamlessly integrating local search strategies. The ideal candidate will know how to drive immediate traffic via PPC and maximize local visibility by ranking and managing our physical location listings on Google Maps.

Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads & PPC Management

• Campaign Strategy & Setup: Plan, build, and execute Search, Display, Performance Max, Local, and Remarketing campaigns.
• Keyword Research: Conduct extensive keyword and competitor analysis to target high-intent local and national audiences.
• A/B Testing: Continuously test ad copy, landing pages, extension assets, and bidding strategies to maximize conversion rates.
• Budget & Bid Optimization: Manage daily/monthly ad spends, adjusting bids (e.g., target CPA, target ROAS) to achieve the lowest cost-per-acquisition.
• Tracking & Analytics: Implement and audit conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.

Google Maps & Google Business Profile (GBP) Optimization

• Listing Management: Claim, verify, and fully optimize Google Business Profiles for multiple physical locations.
• Local SEO Execution: Implement local map ranking strategies, including managing citations, local keywords, and category selection.
• Review & Engagement Management: Oversee user-generated reviews, draft professional responses, and implement strategies to generate positive customer feedback.
• Local Services Ads (LSA): Set up and manage Google Local Services Ads, ensuring business verification and budget efficiency where applicable.
• Spam & Issue Resolution: Monitor local map areas for spam listings, handle profile suspensions, and resolve listing merge/duplicate errors.

Reporting & Collaboration

• Performance Insights: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly performance dashboards using platforms like Google Looker Studio.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with content and design teams to build highly engaging localized ad creatives and landing pages.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of verifiable experience managing Google Ads campaigns and at least 1–2 years handling Google Business Profile/Google Maps optimization.
• Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Google Ads UI, Google Business Profile dashboard, Google Merchant Center, and GA4.
• Local Search Expertise: Strong command over local map ranking factors, geo-targeting tactics, and local citation building.
• Certifications: Active Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Measurement, or Video) are highly preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Mastery of Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation, pivot tables, and ROAS calculations.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for writing compelling ad copy and engaging with online reviews.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
