About the Company

FK Enterprises is an international e-commerce business specialising in the import and export of gym equipment, baby products, and other consumer goods. We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns targeting international markets.

Job Summary

We are seeking a performance-driven Google Ads Specialist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, preferably in an international e-commerce or product-based company. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in campaign management, budget optimisation, conversion tracking, and improving ROAS while driving profitable sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns for international markets, particularly the UK.
• Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing campaigns.
• Develop keyword strategies, conduct competitor research, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Monitor and optimise key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximise returns and achieve sales targets.
• Optimise product-based advertising campaigns and Google Merchant Center product feeds.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Ads conversion tracking.
• Analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
• Collaborate with the SEO, content, and e-commerce teams to improve overall advertising performance.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and implement data-driven strategies to improve results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management .
• Mandatory experience working with international markets , preferably the UK, US, or Europe.
• Prior experience in an e-commerce or product-based company is essential .
• Strong knowledge of Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Practical experience with Google Merchant Center, GA4, and GTM.
• Good understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
• Proven ability to optimise campaigns for revenue, conversions, and ROAS.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in campaign reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns for physical products and online stores.
• Experience with international e-commerce platforms and product feeds.
• Google Ads certifications are an advantage.
