Google Ads Virtual Assistant

Job Summary:
We're now hiring an experienced Google Ads Virtual Assistant to manage and improve paid search accounts for several businesses in our network. You'll own campaign performance end to end — pulling cost per lead down, pushing conversion value up, and making sure every ad dollar works harder. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable living inside ad accounts, testing changes, and explaining results in plain language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve Google Ads accounts for several businesses at once
• Keep an eye on account performance regularly and adjust bids, budgets, and keywords to lift results
• Push conversion value up by refining targeting, ad copy, and landing page alignment
• Track cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on ad spend for each account
• Run keyword research to uncover new openings and cut wasted spend
• Write, test, and iterate on ad copy, headlines, and ad extensions
• Set up and verify conversion tracking for calls, form submissions, and bookings
• Flag account issues, policy warnings, or budget problems immediately
• Deliver clear, easy-to-read performance reports on a consistent schedule

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven, hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts
• Ability to juggle several ad accounts at the same time without losing accuracy
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or call tracking software
• Strong written English for reporting and ad copy creation
• Comfort working with performance data and turning it into clear recommendations
• Dependable, precise, and able to work under little supervision
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain results simply
• Reliable internet connection and a capable computer

Preferred Skills:

• Google Ads certification
• Experience running ads for local service businesses (home services, moving, cleaning, and similar)
• Familiarity with Google Local Service Ads
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, CallRail, or comparable call tracking tools
• Ability to juggle several projects at once and prioritize across accounts
