Google Ads/Meta Ads

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, create, manage, and optimize *Google Ads campaigns*

* Manage Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and other relevant Google Ads campaigns

* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research

* Monitor campaign performance, conversions, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and other key metrics

* Develop and optimize conversion-focused landing pages in collaboration with the relevant team

* Set up and monitor conversion tracking through *Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4*

* Continuously test ad copies, keywords, audiences, bidding strategies, and campaign structures

* Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights

* Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize results

* Stay updated with Google Ads platform changes, policies, and performance marketing best practices
* Plan, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns for awareness, engagement, and donations.

* Develop audience strategies, including prospecting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.

* Test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and placements to improve performance.

* Monitor campaign spending and allocate budgets according to results.

* Coordinate with creative, content, and IT teams on campaign assets, landing pages, and tracking.

* Share clear performance reports with actionable recommendations.
