We are looking for a performance-driven Google & Meta Ads Expert to manage, optimize, and scale our digital advertising campaigns while driving profitable growth for our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

• Meta Ads Management: Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to generate sales, leads, and brand awareness.
• Google Ads Management: Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube advertising campaigns.
• Performance Marketing: Develop strategies to increase ROAS, reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC), and improve overall advertising profitability.
• Campaign Optimization: Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
• Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives, videos, copy, and landing page concepts.
• Audience Targeting: Build and optimize prospecting, retargeting, lookalike, and remarketing audiences.
• Analytics & Tracking: Work with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API to track campaign performance accurately.
• E-commerce Growth: Develop strategies to improve Shopify store conversions, average order value, and customer retention.
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports covering spend, revenue, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Competitor Research: Analyze competitors, market trends, and new advertising opportunities to identify scalable growth strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably for D2C or e-commerce brands.
• Strong understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Manager, and advertising dashboards.
• Ability to analyze data, identify performance gaps, and implement effective optimization strategies.
• Strong understanding of creative testing, funnel optimization, and customer acquisition.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and overall campaign profitability.
• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Cost Per Purchase (CPP).
• Revenue generated through paid advertising.
• Conversion rate and advertising efficiency.
• Creative testing velocity and campaign scaling performance.
