About the Role

As a Google Meta Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for running and managing paid ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram). You will create campaigns, set up targeting and audiences, manage daily budgets, test different ad creatives and copy, and optimize campaigns to reduce cost per lead and improve results. You will also set up conversion tracking, monitor campaign performance daily, and share regular reports with the team. You will work closely with our design and content teams and keep up with the latest platform updates and ad best practices.

What Were Looking For

• 1+ years of hands-on experience running Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)

• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook Instagram campaigns)

• Good understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences

• Experience setting up conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel)

• Ability to manage ad budgets and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR and ROAS

• Strong analytical skills and comfort with reporting and dashboards

• Knowledge of A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages

• Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification will be a plus

• Experience in lead generation for IT / service-based businesses is a plus
