Google Cloud & Gemini Enterprise Administrator

For our client, we are seeking a Google Cloud & Gemini Enterprise Administrator to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will own day-to-day administration across cloud, workspace, and enterprise AI environments, with a strong focus on access governance, security controls, and operational reliability.

The position will partner with internal stakeholders to configure identity integrations, manage licensing and provisioning, and help ensure users have secure, least-privilege access to critical systems.

The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on experience with Google Cloud and Google Workspace, along with the analytical mindset needed to evaluate new capabilities and improve efficiency.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Administer cloud projects and IAM roles
• Manage workspace settings, users, and security controls
• Oversee enterprise AI licensing and user access
• Configure identity and authentication integrations for cloud environments
• Implement least-privilege access controls across environments
• Support integrations with platforms such as Google Drive and Salesforce
• Monitor platform usage and security events
• Evaluate new capabilities for security and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise cloud, SaaS, identity, or IT systems administration
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace
• Proficient in Google Cloud IAM, roles, permissions, and organizational access controls
• Experience managing Google Workspace users and security settings
• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms
• Experience with SaaS licensing and user provisioning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
