Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Google Cloud Certified Trainer – Gemini Adoption (Thai Speaking) at Humanova. The trainer will design and deliver engaging training programs that help organizations adopt Google Cloud Gemini solutions, with a focus on AI, productivity, and future-skills enablement. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials and labs, facilitating live virtual sessions in Thai, adapting content to different learner levels, and supporting participants through Q&A and follow-up resources. The role also involves collaborating with Humanova’s learning and wellness teams to align technical training with broader workplace transformation goals, gathering feedback to improve content, and staying current with Google Cloud Gemini and related AI tools.

Qualifications

• Strong Google Cloud expertise, preferably with current Google Cloud certifications and hands-on experience implementing or training on Gemini and related AI services.
• Proven training, facilitation, or instructional design skills, including the ability to create clear learning materials, demos, and practical exercises for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in Thai and professional proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills for delivering remote sessions and supporting diverse learner groups.
• Experience working in remote, distributed teams, with strong time management, self-organization, and comfort using online collaboration and learning platforms.
• Background or interest in workplace learning, future-skills training, or employee development; familiarity with AI adoption, change management, or productivity coaching is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Education) or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to adapt training approaches to different organizational contexts and learner needs, and to align technical content with Humanova’s focus on human-centered transformation.
