我們正在尋找一位以結果為導向、經驗豐富的海外 Google H5 廣告投放專家。您將全面主導 H5/Web 產品在 Google Ads 渠道（Search、PMax、Demand Gen）的效果廣告投放，搭建立體化的數據追蹤與回傳體系，持續優化全鏈路轉化漏斗，並結合數據分析與機器學習模型提升 ROI 與用戶 LTV。

主要職責

1. **全流程 Google 廣告投放管理：**負責海外 H5/Web 產品在 Google Ads 的效果廣告投放，主導 Search、PMax、Demand Gen 等廣告類型的帳戶架構、策略優化与預算分配。

2. **Web & H5 轉化漏斗優化：**聚焦核心轉化與變現指標，精細化調優從廣告點擊、落地頁訪問、用戶註冊到支付與留存的完整轉化鏈路。

3. **數據追蹤與回傳體系建設：**主導 Google Ads 轉化追蹤體系建設，協同團隊完成 GA4、GTM、Google Ads 轉化事件、UTM 標記、自定義埋點及伺服器端數據回傳（Postback/CAPI）配置。

4. **跨渠道協同與競品監控：**根據業務需要協同 Meta 等次要渠道（Pixel、CAPI、再營銷）；定期監控競品在搜尋關鍵字、廣告文案、落地頁架構及轉化路徑上的投放動態。

5. **數據復盤與歸因優化：**基於 CPA、ROI、LTV 及轉化率等核心指標深入分析，精準排查轉化瓶頸，利用數據與歸因邏輯優化策略，並將成功打法沉澱為 SOP 與知識庫。

入職要求

1. 語言及簽證要求： 具備全英文及普通話工作能力（口語及書面表達流利），懂粵語者優先（加分項）。須持有香港永久居民身份或有效香港工作簽證（如 IANG、高才通 TTPS、優才 QMAS）。
2. Google Ads 實操專家： 3年以上海外效果廣告投放經驗，精通 Google Search、PMax、Demand Gen 帳戶架構與優化，熟悉 H5/Web 產品全鏈路投放。
3. 數據追蹤與技術能力： 精通 GA4、GTM、UTM、事件埋點及數據回傳邏輯（CAPI/Postback）；熟悉 Meta Ads 或 PWA 轉化鏈路者優先。
4. 數據分析與算法應用能力： 具備強大的數據分析與排查能力，善於利用數據及機器學習歸因模型進行 CPA、ROI 及 LTV 歸因与預算的精準分配。

Overseas Google Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Title: Overseas Google Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads / Web & Digital Products)

Location: Hong Kong (Sha Tin District )

About the role

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced overseas Google H5 advertising specialist. You will lead end-to-end H5/Web product performance advertising on Google Ads channels (Search, PMax, Demand Gen), establish a comprehensive data tracking and attribution system, continuously optimize the full-funnel conversion path, and leverage data analysis and machine learning models to enhance ROI and user LTV.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-process Google Ads advertising, leading account architecture, strategy optimization and budget allocation for Search, PMax, and Demand Gen ad types for overseas H5/Web products
• Optimize Web & H5 conversion funnels by focusing on core conversion and monetization metrics, fine-tuning the complete conversion chain from ad clicks, landing page visits, user registration to payment and retention
• Lead the establishment of Google Ads conversion tracking system, coordinate with teams to complete GA4, GTM, Google Ads conversion events, UTM tagging, custom event tracking and server-side data attribution (Postback/CAPI) configuration
• Coordinate across channels and monitor competitors, collaborating with secondary channels such as Meta (Pixel, CAPI, retargeting) as needed; regularly monitor competitor dynamics in search keywords, ad copy, landing page structure and conversion paths
• Conduct data reviews and attribution optimization based on core metrics such as CPA, ROI, LTV and conversion rates, identify conversion bottlenecks, optimize strategies using data and attribution logic, and consolidate successful approaches into SOPs and knowledge bases

About you

• Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese language proficiency (both spoken and written)
• Must hold Hong Kong Permanent Resident status or valid Hong Kong work visa (such as IANG, TTPS, or QMAS)
• 3+ years of overseas performance advertising experience, proficient in Google Search, PMax, Demand Gen account architecture and optimization, familiar with H5/Web product end-to-end advertising
• Proficient in GA4, GTM, UTM, event tracking and data attribution logic (CAPI/Postback); experience with Meta Ads or PWA conversion paths is preferred
• Strong data analysis and troubleshooting capabilities, skilled at leveraging data and machine learning attribution models for precise CPA, ROI and LTV attribution and budget allocation
