Essential Skills & Experience
Hands-on exposure to support Google environment and products. Advanced troubleshooting, and direct collaboration with engineering teams while solving real-world customer issues
Strong understanding of REST APIs, endpoints, webhooks, and HTTP response codes
Basic networking knowledge including DNS, packet analysis, and logs
Automation knowledge and understanding of triggers and optimizations
Experienced with embedded content, iFrames, and integrations Ability to read and debug code in any programming language
Hands-on troubleshooting experience across web technologies and applications as support engineer.
