Google Performance Lead

Location: Eastwood, Quezon City, office based

Position Summary

LoansOne is hiring a Google Performance Lead to build and lead its in-house Google advertising function. The role owns strategy, direction and performance of paid acquisition through Google Ads, leading the Google Media Buyer and coordinating creative, analytics and technical support. Primary target is 3x+ ROAS measured against funded revenue attributable to Google advertising.

Role Requirements

·        3+ years Google Ads experience

·        Experience managing at least $250,000/month Google Ads spend

·        Strong lead generation advertising background

·        Strong understanding of ROAS, lead quality, Smart Bidding, GA4 and GTM

·        Leadership experience and strong analytical skills

·        Must be based in the Philippines and able to work full time from Eastwood office

Highly Preferred

Experience in business finance, lending, financial services, insurance, or other high-value lead generation industries. Experience managing $500,000+ monthly spend is highly regarded.

·        Scale advertising spend while maintaining 3x+ ROAS

·        Improve acquisition performance across the funnel

·        Build reliable conversion measurement and CRM feedback
