GME Solar is a growing solar solutions company focused on residential rooftop solar installations, customer management, project tracking and business process improvement.

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Google Sheets & Automation Executive who can manage our existing Google Sheets, build advanced dashboards, automate repetitive tasks and improve our daily data management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and improve existing Google Sheets used for daily business operations.
• Create advanced dashboards, MIS reports, charts and performance reports..
• Build automated workflows using Google Sheets formulas, Apps Script and Google Forms.
• Automate pending-work reminders, status updates, follow-ups and daily reporting wherever feasible.
• Create staff-wise filter views, protected master sheets, access controls and data validation.
• Track customer enquiries, sales, solar installations, documentation, subsidy status, pending cases and completed projects.
• Automate repetitive tasks using Google Apps Script, triggers and integrations with other business tools.

Required Skills

• Advanced Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of formulas, Pivot Tables, dashboards and data analysis.
• Google Apps Script and automation workflows.
• Knowledge of APIs, webhooks and third-party integrations.
• Understanding of data validation, permissions, protected ranges and filter views.
• Good problem-solving and logical thinking.
• Ability to independently understand requirements and implement practical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

We need someone who can independently handle our existing Google Sheets, understand our business requirements, build reliable dashboards and implement useful automations—not just perform basic data entry.

Candidates should be comfortable solving real-world spreadsheet problems and demonstrating their practical skills.
