Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Google Voice Bot Architect with strong expertise in Dialogflow CX (DFCX), Genesys Cloud CX (GECX), Conversational AI, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance voice bot solutions and integrating them with backend and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end voice bot architecture using Dialogflow CX and Genesys Cloud CX.
• Integrate conversational AI solutions with backend applications, enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Lead architecture governance and ensure compliance with enterprise security and performance standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize voice bot performance, conversational flows, and customer interaction experiences.
• Apply best practices in API integration, distributed systems, and cloud-based application architecture.
• Support the implementation of AI/ML capabilities, including Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU).
• Follow DevSecOps practices and applicable security and compliance frameworks.
• Use enterprise-approved AI productivity tools, such as GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot, to improve productivity, documentation, and delivery quality.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX (DFCX).
• Experience with Genesys Cloud CX (GECX).
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, preferably in conversational AI, voice bots, or contact-centre solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and distributed systems.
• Experience designing and implementing APIs, webhooks, and backend integrations.
• Experience developing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions.
• Strong understanding of conversational AI architecture and voice bot automation.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AI/ML, NLP, and NLU architectures.
• Experience with contact-centre platforms and customer interaction solutions.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and compliance frameworks.
