Google Workspace Support Engineer

We are looking for a Google Workspace Support Engineer to join our team in Lucknow.

Candidate Requirements:

• 6+ months of experience in email support, e.g., Google Workspace, Exchange or IT Engineer / IT Support (optional)
• Good understanding of Google Workspace Admin Console (optional)
• Quick learning skills
• Basic knowledge of Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Calendar, Groups & User Management
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills
• Strong IT background with a customer-support mindset
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS
• Strong IT background with a customer-support mindset
• 100% Work from office
• Ability to handle and resolve user issues effectively.

Onsite work Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 6+ Months
