Google Workspace Transition & User Support Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Google Workspace Support & Migration Engineers to support a large-scale Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace migration program. The role involves providing L2/L3 support, user onboarding, Google Workspace administration, migration-wave support, and knowledge transfer to ensure a seamless transition and successful user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, and Docs.
• Support users during migration waves and hypercare periods.
• Administer Google Workspace including users, OUs, groups, licensing, and basic security/DLP policies.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate technical escalations.
• Drive user adoption through hands-on support and guidance.
• Create knowledge articles, SOPs, and FAQs.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for the client's internal support team.
