[Gov] Coordinator (Community Programmes & Preparedness)

🌟We are looking for a Crisis Preparedness Coordinator to support initiatives that equip religious organisations with the knowledge, capabilities and partnerships needed to respond effectively during challenging situations.
This is a people- and programme-focused role where you’ll work across different organisations, coordinate meaningful initiatives and see your work contribute to community resilience and social cohesion.

Contract Period: 2+1 years
Working Hours: Mon – Thurs: 8.30am – 6pm, Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm *Additional hours will be compensated with time-off

📌Your Role

• Bring preparedness initiatives to life by coordinating programmes, training sessions and engagement activities from planning through to delivery.
• Connect the right people and organisations, working with religious organisations, community partners, agencies and external vendors to move initiatives forward.
• Keep programmes running smoothly by managing schedules, registrations, communications, content, databases and other operational requirements.
• Track and improve programme outcomes through data, participant feedback, training statistics and regular reporting.

🔍What You’ll Bring

• Degree holder with 3+ years of experience in community programmes, stakeholder engagement, partnerships or related fields; experience with NGOs, VWOs or government agencies is an advantage.
• Good Microsoft Office and data literacy, with strong written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages or dialects is a plus.
• Comfortable engaging different stakeholders and handling occasional evening, weekend or after-hours commitments in a role with multiple moving parts.
