[Gov] Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a modern data-focused team, where you will play a hands-on role in transforming trusted data into dashboards, insights and recommendations that support business decision-making!

Contract Period: 1 year
Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 8.30am-6pm, Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm
Location: Central region

🗝️What You'll Do:

• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and KPI reports, including data cleaning, transformation, modelling and report development.
• Analyse enterprise datasets using SQL and Snowflake to identify trends, anomalies, risks, opportunities and operational drivers.
• Translate analysis into clear insights and practical recommendations, supporting management and business teams in decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, data definitions and dashboard requirements, ensuring outputs are accurate and meaningful.
• Work with Data Engineers and Data Stewards to validate data, identify data quality issues and align reporting with approved business definitions.
• Support the development of reusable dashboards, analytical assets and data products, while contributing to user adoption, documentation and data literacy.

🔍What We're Looking For:

• Min Degree with 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting or performance analytics.
• Hands-on Power BI experience is mandatory, particularly in data cleaning, transformation, modelling and dashboard/report building.
• Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake querying and data exploration, with strong Excel and analytical modelling capabilities.
• Experience working with enterprise, public sector, research, HR, Finance or corporate datasets is advantageous; exposure to Python, data governance or data catalogue tools will be a plus.
