[Gov] Facilities Maintenance Executive

✨Join a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and continuous enhancement of public recreational facilities!
This role offers hands-on exposure to maintenance operations, project coordination, and facility improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Contract Period: 11 months
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6.30pm
Location: Various operational sites across Singapore (deployment based on business needs)

🗝️Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance and ensure assigned sport centres remain safe, functional, and well-maintained
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair works
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and respond to ad-hoc repair needs promptly
• Monitor facility conditions and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Track budgets, expenses, and contractor claims while maintaining proper documentation
• Support facility upgrading projects and cyclical replacement planning

🧩Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or engineering
• Relevant technical certifications will be an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of workplace safety and building compliance
