Gov Training Manager ($30K, 12mth contract)

Requirements:

• ~ A Hong Kong Bachelor Degree or equivalent;
• ~ About 3-year post-qualification work experience, preferably with about 2-year relevant experience in training and development functions of government dept / organisations / public sector;
• ~ Good presentation and facilitation skills;
• ~ Good command of English and Chinese;
• ~ Ability to speak Putonghua is an advantage

Duties:

• ~ To organise training programmes / activities / events, etc. in support of staff and departmental development
• ~ To provide support in all aspects of training matters, including administration, evaluation and logistics matters; and
• ~ To perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors
