Governance Lead - Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Governance Lead - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will guide complex healthcare implementation efforts and help shape how clients experience successful plan launches and ongoing support. You will partner closely with Client Executives, account management, and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen client relationships and drive execution against service commitments. The position also serves as a key escalation point, ensuring implementation performance, client satisfaction, and reference-ready outcomes across health plan programs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $112,700 – $193,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the health plan implementation team and train team members
• Develop and execute strategic client plans with Client Executives and stakeholders
• Cultivate and manage client relationships at various organizational levels
• Support account management in client growth initiatives
• Serve as an escalation point for cross-functional client teams
• Manage client implementation performance to meet project guarantees
• Ensure client satisfaction and willingness to serve as a reference

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years working with health plans
• 6+ years in implementation or large healthcare project management
• 6+ years of executive experience working with senior and C-Suite executives
• 6+ years of plan management experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and Health Care Exchange
• Experience with complex healthcare solutions
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Preferred: Master's degree and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
