Our client, a top AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a qualified Associate to join its practice in Washington D.C.. The ideal candidate will have between two and four years of transactional experience with a focus on M&A; prior experience or demonstrated interest in Aerospace and Defense.

Qualifications

• Admission to the District of Columbia or ability to become admitted is required
• 2-4 years of transactional experience with a focus on M&A
