Government Projects Head – Indore/Open to Relocation

Hiring a senior leader to head Government Infrastructure & EPC projects (Roads, Highways, Buildings). The role covers execution, tendering, bidding, contracts, arbitration, and P&L management while building strong relations with NHAI, MORTH, CPWD, PWD, Railways, PSUs, and State Government departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Govt. Infrastructure/EPC projects
• Build relations with NHAI, MoRTH, CPWD, PWDs, Railways, PSUs
• Drive tendering, bidding, contracts & arbitration
• Oversee planning, execution & commercial matters
• Ensure profitability & P&L growth
• Lead senior teams & coordinate with stakeholders

Requirements:

• 15+ years’ experience in Construction/EPC with ₹200–₹1,000 Cr projects
• Strong exposure to Govt. infrastructure projects & contracts
• Proven leadership, P&L management & business development skills
• Experience with NHAI / MoRTH / CPWD / PWD / Railways / PSU / State Government projects
• Strong understanding of tendering, contracts and project execution
• Exposure to Claims / EOT / Arbitration
• Proven leadership and P&L management experience
• Strong government/client/consultant relationships
• Ability to generate new government business, not just execute projects
