Government Transactions Typist

Location: Al Karama, Dubai – Zaa’beel Street, Opposite Civil Defense Building

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Government Transactions Typist with strong knowledge of UAE government services and online government systems.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing, typing, submitting, and following up on government transactions for individuals and companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit government transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle applications through MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DHA, and EHS.
• Process UAE government transactions across all Emirates.
• Follow up on applications, approvals, and transaction status.
• Review documents and ensure all required information is complete.
• Coordinate with clients and relevant government authorities when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Government Transactions Typist / PRO / Government Services Typist in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DHA, and EHS services and procedures.
• Knowledge of government transactions across all Emirates.
• Familiarity with visa, residency, labor, health, and other government-related services.
• Good computer skills and ability to work with government portals and online systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a government transactions center is an advantage.

Performance & Compensation

• 6-month probation period.
• Salary and performance arrangements may be discussed based on experience and skills.
• The full compensation structure will be discussed during the interview.
