Location: Near Labrador Park MRT, Pasir Panjang
Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Contract Duration: 12 months (non-renewable)
Reporting To: Senior Manager
Team Size: 6

Salary Range

• Senior Executive: $3,500 – $5,600/month
• Management Executive / Assistant Manager: $3,900 – $6,000/month

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Senior Executive / Management Executive / Assistant Manager (Finance) to join the Corporate Services Division. You will support financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis, while working closely with various business units and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and variance analysis
• Prepare financial summaries, reports and presentation materials for management review
• Consolidate financial and operational inputs from various business units, including following up on submissions, explanations and supporting information
• Assist with data extraction, reconciliation and report preparation
• Support grant and budget administration activities
• Assist with process improvements and updates to financial templates and reporting tools
• Perform other ad hoc finance and administrative duties as required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business or a related discipline
• Relevant experience in budgeting, financial reporting, financial analysis or finance operations is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with accounting or budgeting systems will be an advantage
• Meticulous, organised and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Adaptable and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Good team player with a proactive and collaborative approach
