Senior Executive – Service Excellence / Digital Transformation

Location: Near Westgate (Jurong East MRT)

Contract: 1 Year (Looking for people who can start immediately)

Salary : $3,340/month

Working Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
• Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Support the rollout of a new mailbox management system to improve how public enquiries are managed.
• Work with different departments to understand their current processes and identify ways to improve workflows.
• Coordinate project timelines, meetings, action items and follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Assist with system testing (UAT), issue tracking and post-launch support.
• Support updates and maintenance of the MSF website and intranet.
• Explore simple AI/digital tools to improve work processes, such as summarising information and routing enquiries.
• Assist with service-related events, operations and general administrative duties.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline; qualifications in Communications, Business, Public Administration, Service Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Project Management, or related fields would be advantageous.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic AI and digital literacy with an interest in digital transformation.
• Good project coordination, workflow mapping and process documentation skills.
• Background in Business, Communications, Public Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Project Management or related fields would be advantageous.
• Explore simple AI/digital tools to improve work processes, such as summarising information and routing enquiries.
