Qualifications

• Age not over 35 years old.
• Possess a valid Thai Medical License.
• Excellent English communication skills or the ability to communicate in more than two languages will be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong patient-centered service mindset and suitability for working in a private healthcare setting.
• Willing to work across different branches, work as part of a team, and work overtime when required.
• Completed internship/training or have more than 1 year of clinical experience. Experience in ER / Emergency Medicine is highly preferred.
• Proficient in basic medical procedures, including wound suturing, minor surgery, splinting/casting, and basic interpretation of ECG and X-ray.
• Professional, polite, proactive, and confident while maintaining careful attention to detail.
• Strong focus on Patient Safety and Medical Ethics.
• Digital/AI-friendly, quick to learn, adaptable, and comfortable working in a modern, Gen Z-oriented environment.

Compensation

• Guaranteed minimum income: THB 180,000/month
  (Actual income depends on workload and additional fees.)

• Accommodation allowance: THB 10,000/month

• Accommodation provided during the probation period.

• Overtime (OT):

  • THB 600/hour during regular hours
  • THB 800/hour for night shifts

• Additional Doctor Fee (DF) for special procedures.

• Additional Doctor Fee (DF) for off-site services / Hotel Calls.

• Per-case consultation fee sharing.

• Annual performance-based profit-sharing incentive.
