GP or Nurse Practitioner | Virtual Same Day/Urgent Triage

Are you looking for a flexible clinical role that allows you to work remotely while making a real difference to patient access?

Hauora Hokianga is seeking an experienced General Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner for our Same Day/Urgent Triage Service.

This fully virtual role can be undertaken from anywhere in New Zealand, providing you have reliable internet access and a suitable private workspace for consultations.

About the Role

Working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 12:00pm, you'll:

• Conduct virtual same-day clinical assessments.
• Provide diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, referrals, and follow-up as appropriate.
• Assess clinical urgency and determine the most appropriate care pathway.
• Help improve patient access to timely healthcare services.
• Assist with inbox management and repeat prescription requests.
