Work Location: MIDC Industrial Park, Daungan, Guiguinto, Bulacan
Work Setup: Onsite
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Skills & Qualifications

• College Graduate of any course
• With experience as a GPS Operator, GPS Monitoring Staff, Fleet Monitoring Staff, or similar role
• Knowledgeable in GPS tracking systems and vehicle monitoring
• Able to monitor vehicle locations, routes, movement, and trip status
• Capable of identifying route deviations, unauthorized stops, prolonged idle time, and other vehicle irregularities
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in monitoring vehicle activities
• Able to prepare GPS monitoring reports, trip records, and incident documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Able to coordinate with drivers, fleet personnel, logistics, and operations teams
• Responsible, alert, and capable of handling time-sensitive monitoring concerns
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Willing to work onsite at MIDC Industrial Park, Daungan, Guiguinto, Bulacan
• Can start ASAP

Job Description

• Monitor company vehicles through the GPS tracking system in real time
• Track vehicle locations, routes, movement, and trip progress
• Monitor compliance with assigned routes and scheduled trips
• Identify and report route deviations, unauthorized stops, excessive idle time, and unusual vehicle activity
• Monitor vehicle arrival, departure, and trip status
• Coordinate with drivers and fleet personnel regarding GPS alerts and vehicle movements
• Record and document GPS-related incidents and monitoring activities
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly GPS monitoring reports
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, trip history, and monitoring data
• Assist the Fleet and Logistics teams in tracking vehicle utilization and operational activities
• Report GPS system issues or irregularities for proper action
• Ensure GPS monitoring information is accurate, updated, and properly documented
• Assist in reviewing vehicle movement data for operational and fleet monitoring purposes
• Perform other GPS monitoring, fleet coordination, and administrative duties assigned by management

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
