Grad Permit RBT: Supervised Fieldwork Hours, Path to BCBA

Grad Permit / RBT: Supervised Fieldwork Hours, Path to BCBA
$50 – $65+ per hour | Part-time salaried positions available

Quick quiz. Be honest.

• My supervisor signs my hours but rarely teaches me anything.
• I've had to chase someone down just to get supervised.
• I'm collecting hours, but I'm not sure I'm actually getting better.
• I've wondered if I'll be ready the day I pass the exam.

Checked even one? Keep reading.

You didn't sign up to collect hours. You signed up to become a great BCBA. Those are two very different things, and the difference comes down to one person: your supervisor.

So here's our promise, in one sentence:

At United Care ABA, we will make sure you have a top-level, clinically superior supervisor who will train you properly and supervise you as per requirements.

That's not a perk. That's the job.

What happens when you join:

From the start: You're matched with your supervisor. You don't have to search for one.
As you go: Your restricted and unrestricted hours count toward something real.
Along the way: You join our Grad Permit Round Tables with peers on the same path.
The day you pass: You transition into a BCBA role right here. Our grad permits stay when they become BCBAs.
After that: We're expanding into multiple states, so the road keeps going.

And one more thing no one else is doing:
Part-time salaried positions. Part-time hours, salaried pay.

Where do you see yourself?
Growing with a company where you truly matter? Running your own practice someday? We'll train you so that, either way, you make your decisions based on your skills and qualifications, without barriers.

Don't take our word for it. Talk to our grad permits. Ask them anything.

We're looking for: RBTs and grad permits enrolled in or completing a master's in ABA or a related field.
