What they need
We’re looking for an experienced Grader Operator to join a busy civil construction team working across the Wellington region.
The Role
- Operate a grader on civil construction projects
- Complete final trim, road grading, and earthworks
- Assist with site preparation and general civil construction activities
- Operate other civil machinery when required
What You Need
- Proven grader operating experience in civil construction
- WTR endorsements preferred
- Full Class 1 Licence required (Class 2–5 an advantage)
- Strong focus on health and safety
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team
