Job Description:

We’re looking for an Experienced Grader Operator to join our growing team who has Final Trim Grading experience. This role requires a high level of precision and skill in final trim grading, working on pad construction and earthworks sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Final Trim Grading – Perform precise grading to design specifications, achieving correct levels, tolerances, and smooth finish
• Reading & Interpreting Plans – Work from construction drawings, GPS/UTS data, and design specifications
• GPS & UTS Machine Control – Operate modern graders with GPS and UTS guidance systems
• Working to Tight Tolerances – Achieve millimeter-accurate grading, ensuring quality and compliance with engineering standards
• Safety & Compliance – Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to company and industry regulations

What You'll Need:

• Construction White Card
• Current Drivers Licence
• RII Grader Ticket
• Experience using Trimble GPS
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating a grader in civil construction
