Grader Operator - FIFO

What is the role?

We are seeking an experienced Grader Operator for a full-time role to join the transport operations team on a full-time basis. This is a critical position within the Road Transport division.

As a Fly-In, Fly-Out Grader Operator, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the 100km haul road used by road trains.
Working on a 2:1 roster, consistent hours on 12-hour shifts, days/nights

To be successful in this role, it is essential to have:

• Previous experience operating a minimum 150M Cat Grader
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a Grader operator role
• Experience with maintenance of dirt and preparing surfaces
• Ability to maintain accurate records of work completed
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
