What they need
We are currently looking for experienced Grader Operators to join a major bulk earthworks and solar farm construction project on an FMG site in Western Australia.
Project Details
- Position: Grader Operator
- Location: FMG Site, WA
- Start Date: October 2026
- Project Duration: 6 months
- Roster: 2:1
- Pay Rate: $66.00 per hour
- Project: Bulk earthworks & solar farm construction
You will be working as part of a professional earthworks team delivering bulk earthworks and civil construction activities associated with a large-scale solar farm project.
We are looking for operators who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience operating graders on mining, civil, or bulk earthworks projects
- Strong understanding of safe work practices
- Experience working around heavy mobile plant
- Ability to work effectively within a high-performing project team
- Strong safety attitude and reliable work ethic
- Current relevant tickets and competencies
- Ability to meet FMG site requirements
