We are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Accountant to join our Finance team at our Auckland Head Office.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will gain hands-on experience across a broad range of accounting and commercial activities while working towards your Chartered Accountant qualification. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career and complete their CA qualification within a supportive and successful organisation.

Key responsibilities:

This role provides hands-on experience across many areas of finance and business operations, including:

• Month-end accounting and reconciliations
• Cashflow and payment processing
• Budgeting and reporting support
• Financial analysis and cost reporting
• Audit and compliance assistance
• Business improvement and automation projects

About you:

We're looking for a motivated graduate who is ready to learn, grow and contribute. You will ideally have:

• Accounting or Finance degree
• Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Eager to learn and develop - An interest in understanding how a business operates beyond the numbers
• Committed to pursuing CA ANZ studies
