What You’ll Do | 你将参与

• Develop a structured understanding of global asset classes, market cycles, and investment products, including funds, fixed income, equities, alternatives, and multi-asset strategies.
• 系统建立对全球大类资产、市场周期及投资产品的认知，包括基金、固收、股票、另类及多资产策略等。
• Support market research, product due diligence, manager/fund screening, peer analysis, and ongoing monitoring; turn complex information into clear investment insights.
• 参与市场研究、产品尽调、管理人/基金筛选、同业比较及存续跟踪，并将复杂信息转化为清晰的投资洞察。
• Assist in building portfolio ideas, asset allocation views, and product solution proposals based on return objectives, risk budgets, and liquidity needs.
• 围绕收益目标、风险预算及流动性需求，协助形成组合思路、资产配置观点及产品解决方案。
• Work closely with Noah’s wealth management and advisory teams to translate investment views into clear, client-relevant materials and solution narratives.
• 与诺亚财富管理及顾问团队紧密合作，将投资观点转化为清晰、贴近客户需求的材料与解决方案表达。
• Prepare investment presentations, factsheets, quarterly reviews, and performance summaries; leverage AI tools to improve research efficiency, visualization, and communication quality.
• 协助制作投资路演材料、产品说明、季度回顾及业绩总结，并善用 AI 工具提升研究效率、可视化表达与沟通质量。
• Participate in investment meetings, product discussions, and selected client communications under mentor guidance, gradually growing toward roles in investment solutions, product strategy, or specialist tracks.
• 在导师带领下参与投研会议、产品讨论及部分客户沟通，逐步成长为投资解决方案、产品策略或专业型岗位人才。
• Take part in cross-team projects and, where relevant, rotational exposure across research, product, and client solutions to build an end-to-end understanding of the asset management business.
• 参与跨团队项目，并根据业务安排获得研究、产品、客户解决方案等方向的学习或轮岗机会，建立对资产管理全链条的理解。

Who We’re Looking For | 我们希望你是

• Graduates from the Class of 2026 or 2027 ; both Bachelor’s and Master’s candidates are welcome to apply.
• 2026 或 2027 届 本科及硕士毕业生，均可申请。
• Preferred majors include Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering , or related disciplines.
• 专业优先包括 金融、经济、商科、数学、统计、数据科学、计算机、工程 或相关方向。
• Strong curiosity about capital markets, investing, and asset management ; internship experience in asset management, research, banking, consulting, fintech, or related fields is a plus.
• 对 资本市场、投资与资产管理 有强烈兴趣；有资管、研究、银行、咨询、金融科技等相关实习经历更佳。
• Strong logical thinking, analytical rigor, structured problem-solving ability, and fast learning capability.
• 具备清晰的逻辑思维、扎实的分析能力、结构化解决问题能力，以及快速学习能力。
• Hands-on experience using AI tools , with the ability to apply them to research, workflow automation, communication, or visualization.
• 有实际使用 AI 工具 的经验，能够将其应用于研究、流程提效、沟通表达或可视化场景。
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint ; familiarity with Python, Bloomberg, Wind, Morningstar , or other data tools is a plus.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese ; Cantonese or other foreign languages are a plus.
