What they need
Responsibilities:
* Assist in conceptual, schematic, and design development
* Prepare design packages for feasibility studies, projects & competitions
* Build 3D architectural/interior models and graphic presentations
* Assist in selecting colours, materials & finishes
* Support FF&E specification and procurement documentation
* Coordinate with MEP, structural & electrical consultants
* Assist with construction documents — plans, elevations, details & specs
* Support contract administration, bids & negotiations
Requirements:
* LAM Part 2 Degree in Architecture
* Fresh graduates & experienced applicants welcome
* Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, Photoshop & 3D applications
* Able to work with BIM (Revit) is a must / added advantage
* Independent and a good team player
* Own transport required
* Willing to be based in Kulim if needed
* Mandarin speakers given priority
