Graduate Architect

For a Graduate of Architecture looking to build practical experience in documentation and construction delivery, this role offers the opportunity to work on complex projects with direct support from experienced architects.

The Sydney studio has a varied pipeline of work across major residential masterplans, seniors living, specialist healthcare facilities and public sector developments, including defence projects throughout NSW.

The role involves Revit documentation, construction detailing and consultant coordination across active projects. With senior architects closely involved in delivery, there's plenty of opportunity to develop technical skills and gain a better understanding of how large-scale projects move from design development through to construction.

What makes this role worth considering:

• One day WFH per week and flexible start/finish times
• Gain exposure to different stages of the project lifecycle, building a well-rounded understanding of architectural practice
• Work in a studio where graduates have a voice and their ideas are valued
• Develop greater independence and confidence in managing tasks as experience grows
• Join an established practice with a consistent pipeline of work across NSW
• Build a long-term career in a supportive, down-to-earth studio environment
• Social Friday afternoon catch-ups in the office to end the week on a relaxed note

What the role requires:

• Relevant Architecture qualification
• Previous experience working within an Australian architecture practice
• Proficiency in Revit
• Ability to work with project teams, consultants and senior architects

About the company

This is a well-established Sydney architecture practice working across multi-residential, healthcare, defence and specialist accommodation projects throughout NSW and Queensland.

The studio has a practical, down-to-earth culture where senior staff remain closely involved in project delivery. Graduates benefit from direct access to experienced architects, exposure to different project stages and the opportunity to gradually take on more responsibility as their experience develops.

The Directors previously held senior positions within large CBD practices and have used that experience to build a successful business with strong project momentum across NSW and QLD. The studio has grown steadily for more than a decade while maintaining a down-to-earth culture where people are trusted to do their best work.
