Graduate Architect (Part 1 & Part 2)

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Development:
Collaborate with senior architects to refine and conceptualize design ideas, contributing to innovative and creative solutions for various projects.

- Project Documentation:
Prepare high-quality architectural drawings and documentation using industry-standard software, ensuring alignment with project specifications and client expectations.

- Site Visits:
Conduct site inspections to collect relevant data, assess progress, and ensure effective implementation of design during construction.

- Team Collaboration:
Work closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to deliver comprehensive and effective design solutions.

-Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Part 2 LAM recognized) or equivalent qualification will be advantageous. 
-2 years of experience in an architectural firm or construction site (preferred).
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software like Lumion or V-Ray; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
-Strong understanding of architectural detailing, working drawings, and local construction practices.
-Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles.
-Excellent design sensibility, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
-Effective time management and communication skills.
-Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
