Graduate Architect (Part 2)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Graduate Architect (Part 2) to join our growing team in Desa Petaling, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to develop your architectural skills and knowledge within a dynamic, creative practice. You will work alongside experienced architects and contribute to a diverse range of architectural projects, from concept through to completion. This role is ideal for those completing their Part 2 architectural qualifications and seeking practical experience in a professional setting.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, sections and elevations using CAD.
2. Involve in architectural development process from Schematic Design until Final Completion.
3. Periodic site inspection.
4. Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
5. Help prepare presentations and visual materials for client meetings and design reviews.

What we're looking for

1. Experienced or recently completed Part 2 architectural qualifications.
2. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
3. Solid understanding of architectural design principles, UBBL, submissions and construction practices.
4. Solid technical drawing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
