What you'll be doing?

• Design Projects: Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, models, and presentations.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research, site visits, and analysis to support the design process.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the design team to develop and refine architectural concepts.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Material Sourcing: Research and source materials and products for use in building projects.
• Support and Coordination: Provide support to the team throughout the various stages of the design and construction process.

Who are they looking for?

• Architectural Degree: A degree in Architecture, LAM Part I or II.
• Experience Required: Relevant experience in an architectural or design-related role (min 2 years experiences). Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD/BIM, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Design Enthusiasm: Enthusiasm for the design process and a desire to contribute to the success of the team.
