Graduate Building Surveyor

Assist in handling Building inspection, renovation and V by V works;

Assist in Statutory Submission (A&A works etc.);

Assist in Project Management and Contract Administration;

Advise and coordinate with Client on their needs and requests for maintenance and improvement works.

Job Requirements:

University Degree in Building Surveying or related studies;

0-2 Years post qualification experience;

Training will be provided to candidates enrolling for HKIS practical task training / examination;

Good communication and negotiation skills;

Proficiency in Cantonese and English;

Candidates with more experience can be considered as Assistant Building Surveyor.

Fresh graduates are welcome.

Holding Advanced Rating remote pilot certificate would be an advantage.
