Our 2-month Graduate Training Program is designed for Malaysian fresh graduates who want to build practical skills in software engineering and enterprise technology. You’ll receive structured training, hands-on learning, and exposure to technologies used in large-scale business and banking environments.

No prior experience with the specific technologies is required — just a strong willingness to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2-month structured software engineering training program
• Build your foundation in programming, software development, and enterprise systems
• Complete hands-on technical exercises, projects, and assessments
• Develop your analytical and problem-solving skills
• Gain exposure to enterprise applications, databases, and business systems
• Work collaboratively on technical activities and practical scenarios
• Meet the required training and performance standards
• Upon successful completion, contribute to assigned software engineering projects

About You

• Malaysian fresh graduate with a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Basic understanding of programming concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Curious, adaptable, and willing to learn new technologies
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Motivated to build a long-term career in software engineering
• Available to start in November 2026
