An exciting opportunity is available for a Graduate Contract Administrator to join our growing WA Construction team. This full-time role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build a career in commercial construction. Working alongside experienced project and commercial professionals, you'll gain hands-on experience across contract administration, estimating, quantity surveying and project delivery, while contributing to major projects that make a lasting impact.

As part of our Industry Immersion Program, you will have the opportunity to explore different roles, learn from industry leaders, and develop the practical skills needed to succeed in the construction industry, all while contributing to projects that make a real impact across Western Australia.

What You'll Do

As a Commercial Graduate in our business, you'll:

• Gain hands-on experience across contract administration, estimating and quantity surveying.
• Support the commercial delivery of major construction projects.
• Assist with procurement, cost reporting, contract administration and project documentation.
• Work alongside experienced project professionals and contribute to commercial decision-making.
• Build practical knowledge of construction contracts, project risks and commercial management.

Who We're Looking For

• A recent graduate in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
• Curious, proactive and excited to learn on the job
• Strong communicators who enjoy working in a team
• Organised, analytical and solutions-focused
