About the Program

Alrawaf Contracting is seeking ambitious engineering graduates to join INTELAQA, A six-month paid Graduate Development Program designed to equip aspiring Project Controls professionals with practical skills and hands-on experience in Cost Control, Planning, and Quantity Surveying.

The program offers a cross functional learning experience across three core functions: Quantity Surveying (QS), Cost Control, and Planning . Participants will gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced professionals, and develop practical skills through exposure to real projects and international project environments.

Eligibility Criteria

• Engineering graduates from the 2025 and 2026 graduating classes .
• Degree in an engineering discipline relevant to construction and project delivery.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and foundational knowledge of the relevant discipline.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to professional development.
• Availability to commit to the full 6-month program at the company's Egypt office.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with relevant training or coursework in any of the following areas will have an advantage:

• Project Management and Construction Management
• Quantity Surveying and Cost Control
• Planning and Scheduling
• Primavera P6
• Microsoft Excel and Data Analysis
