This isn't a "desk-only" role; you'll be actively onsite, using your skills to optimise building performance, tune BMS, enhance indoor air quality, and achieve ambitious goals like a 6-star NABERS energy rating. You'll receive comprehensive training, setting you up to grow into exciting areas like Building automation , HVAC control strategies, Net zero planning and energy audits.

About You:

• Recent graduate or technician with a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Automation, Controls, or Electronics. Experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply.
• Hands-on problem solver who's not afraid to get practical (hand tools, equipment tuning, and occasionally ladders).
• Passionate about sustainability, eager to learn, and driven by results.
• Basic understanding of HVAC Systems or Building Management Systems is a bonus.
• Comfortable with data analysis (Excel/Google Suite).
• Strong communicator who enjoys teamwork and making things happen.
• Possess a valid driver license issued by an Australian State Authority.
