Graduate Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and/or carry out inspection of works and materials in accordance with contract drawing;
• Monitor site progress and prepare site progress reports;
• Ensure Health & Safety rules are respected (regular inspections), manage equipment and materials;
• Assist in the detailed preparation of construction schedules, technical options, and drafting of project documents;
• Work closely with site supervisory staff;
• Participate in the consultation and appointment with main-contractors and sub-contractors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline recognized by HKIE or ICE;
• Proficient in PC applications;
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to lead, coordinate, negotiate and make sound decisions when required.
